A present with a free choice of date.
A voucher of 120 euros is a transferable ticket to one of our Saturday classes. Not made out to a name, valid for three years.
We send vouchers by post with tracking (3.95 euros). The invoice comes with them, payable within 14 days. Vouchers are dispatched within 2 working days.
To redeem one, pick a date on the German dates page and enter the voucher number: Termine & Anmeldung.
Ordering from abroad, or in English
The order form and its terms are in German, because the German wording is the binding one. Write to info@mosushi.de or call +49 2132 67 375 40 and we will take the order with you in English, by hand.
The classes themselves are held in German. For a group of ten or more we run a private class in English and arrange a date of your own; a voucher is not the way in for that, an enquiry is.
Withdrawing from an order
Ordered from us and want to withdraw from the contract? That is possible within fourteen days, without giving a reason. The form and the instruction are in German, which is the binding wording.

About vouchers
When is the voucher sent?
Vouchers are dispatched within 2 working days, by post with tracking. The invoice comes with them, payable within 14 days.
Can I give it away?
Yes. It is not made out to a name.
Can I return it?
Within fourteen days of receiving it, yes, without giving a reason. We refund the full amount including the postage and pay for the return. After that the voucher is valid for three years. The instruction is in the German AGB.
Does it cover the creative and vegan classes?
Yes, for any class date.
Are the classes held in English?
The public classes are in German. Groups of ten or more can book a private class in English on request.
